Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Practice Lab is a two-day Pilates education weekend designed for teachers and curious movers who want to continue learning beyond certification. Across the weekend, you'll choose from workshops led by respected international educators covering mat, reformer, apparatus, programming, cueing, hands on skills, and more.

  • Not necessarily.

    While many workshops are aimed at certified teachers, most sessions are suitable for trainees or experienced practitioners. We recommend reading each workshop description before booking.

  • Workshop registration opens on the 31.08.2026. All ticket holders will receive an email with a link to select their workshops. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with each workshop limited to 20 participants.

    We recommend selecting your workshops as soon as registration opens to secure your preferred sessions.

  • If space is available, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once workshops are full, changes may not be possible.

  • Yes.

    A limited number of one to one mentoring sessions will be available with selected educators on the Friday before the event.

    These sessions are booked separately and availability is extremely limited.

  • Tickets are non refundable. However, they may be transferred to another participant up to a specified date. Please contact us if you need to arrange a transfer.
